This 16 gauge aluminum bun pan has 5/64" perforations to allow air to circulate for faster cooking. The pan's StayFlat® technology increases the strength and longevity of the product. The bun pan features sidewalls that are continuously reinforced with a horizontally engineered rib to improve its strength up to 30%. Plus, it is made using a manufacturing method that creates a residual tensile stress in the underside to prevent bowing or denting.
